Certified apartment rentals – up to 100% of rent covered by the AVS / supplementary benefits

We are pleased to inform you that Wardah Immobilier and our building, La Maison des Trois Lacs, have obtained the cantonal certificate (information in that regard can be found when clicking on a property below) officially authorizing the use of the units as certified apartments. Thanks to this certification, AVS as well as supplementary benefits cover up to 100% of the rent. The amount covered corresponds to the limits defined by the Neuchâtel Cantonal Compensation Fund (that can be found when clicking on one property below).
