These listings are exclusively submitted by real estate professionals referred to as “Advertisers.” The Portal also offers additional services, such as property valuation tools and connecting Visitors (referred to as “You”) with specialized real estate Agencies to assist in their property sale projects or other related services like finding insurance or rent guarantees.
1.2 Visitors can use the Portal to contact Advertisers regarding properties of interest and access services offered by the Company or its partners concerning rent guarantees, insurance, or property sales assistance. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of the information and data, nor does it warrant the content of the Portal or the outcomes of property valuations. The Portal merely facilitates real estate processes and partnerships between Users, Advertisers, and specialized Real Estate Agencies. The Company is not responsible for any interactions, agreements, or discussions between Users, Advertisers, and partners of the Company (e.g., Rent Guarantee, Insurance).

4.3 Modification of Software or use of modified versions for unauthorized access is prohibited.

8. Final Provisions
8.1 Changes to these Terms of Service may occur without notice and apply immediately to all Visitors.
